Golden Cap normally has a 15 year licence but with this development each sale comes with a 20 year licence
With just 11 pitches in this development, we have selected just a handful of caravans that suit and that tick all the requirements, many include outlook doors, a choice of 2 or 3 bedroom options and luxury’s such as blue tooth sound systems, dishwashers and top of the range furnishings.
On entering the holiday home, you come into a spacious hallway, that has a useful seating area to sit and take off walking boots and a place for storing coats. Through into the main living area, to the right the modern and stylish kitchen has everything you need. Integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven and cooker hood.
There is a freestanding sofa and chair in the lounge area with big windows and doors at the front of the home letting in plenty of natural light, it really does feel light and airy. There is a coffee table and a feature wall unit with space for the TV and home comforts like pictures and ornamanets. There is a dining table and four chairs also. This is a holiday home to be sociable in as even while cooking dinner you can still be part of the conversation.
The main bedroom has a luxurious feel to it. With modern light fittings, walk in wardrobe and an ensuite shower, it is special. There is hanging space and shelving in the main wardrobe area and a small vanity area. The ensuite has a shower, basin and WC.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a long window allowing plenty of natural light through.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, WC and basin.
The quiet setting of these Holiday Homes make the setting a perfect place to come and relax and unwind. The Park is surrounded by some fantastic countryside and walks aplenty, and Seatown beach is a ten minute stroll away.
